In response to the health crisis linked to Covid-19, IPEN has launched; 2 surveys at; the intention of its members. At the end of the second, IPEN decided; to grant funding to; members who have requested it, including Friends of the Earth-Togo. This initiative called « IPEN Health & Wellness Initiative 2021-2022”, enabled Friends of the Earth-Togo staff to go on a 3-day getaway. The recreation part was an opportunity to get out of the work environment, which has become extremely stressful. Vacationing has brought us into contact with nature. She gave us the opportunity to to recreate ourselves, to temporarily forget the weight of the pandemic on the functioning of our activities, our lives. This change is important because it allowed us to overcome psychosis linked to Covid-19, and to gradually recover well-being. We are planning for the next sessions: Gardening workshops (getting together as a team to cultivate a vegetable garden with the use of natural fertilizers with a view to organic production);
